It became a popular trend in the past months and amazingly, the demand doesn’t just come from the celiac disease patients but to other people with their own different health status. Gluten free labeled products are starting to build a name in the shelves of grocery stores and markets. According to researches, the increasing demand for this kind of food was due to the number of people experiencing gluten sensitivity and intolerance. In fact in America, there are already more than 18 million people diagnosed with the disease. This number is expecting to grow even more for the following years said by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). With that prediction, gluten free foods demand was greatly affected. People with gluten intolerance were merely recommended to eat only gluten free foods. And people with strong and normal immunity tend to take this food also so that they can avoid the negative effects of gluten and they can experience the benefits of having a gluten free diet. Of course not everyone are capable of taking this diet, there are still people who are confused and unable to decide whether they should start it. To remove that confusion, physicians have undergone researches about improving the health of every individual which leads to the idea of gluten free diet. These tell that doing it so will promote digestive health, cholesterol levels, and energy levels. Gluten free foods give the best to each of us by eliminating unhealthy type of foods so better start to have gluten free diet now. |

Sometimes, an ordinary hand tool is enough for the task like in cutting holes; and chisel is the common tool that it needs. | 4:40 am | Repairing the Plumbing PVC Coupling PVC or Polyvinyl Chloride is the widely used material for construction purposes, like in plumbing system, since it is cheap, lightweight, durable and easy to work with. But even though it is known to be durable, there are still times that PVC can crack or leak most especially in the connection of two PVC pipes welded together which is known as coupling. If this happens, you have to do an immediate action: 1. Shut off the water supply to the area or pipe that you want to repair the coupling. Make sure that the coupling is dry and clean. 2. Scratch with 20-grit sandpaper the outside of the coupling and the inside of the crack. 3. If there is only a little/small cracks. Fill it up with waterproof silicone caulk. 4. Wrap the coupling with PVC repair tape or any tape or liquid adhesives. When using a tape, start wrapping at 6 inches below the crack. 5. When you’re done with repairing the coupling, you may already turn back on the water supply. But if it seems to be a fail work, you may redo the procedure. |
